1 kg rice
1 lit Coca-Cola

1 fresh green peppers, sliced thin

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROCESSING
To separate 3 tablespoons onion and 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Will use later.
Prepare anchovies served with: dried anchovy Rinse and drain. Fried anchovies with the remaining onion and 4 tablespoons vegetable oil until cooked half. Then, add the scallions, red pepper, green pepper and bird’s eye chili. Return true until the peppers are cooked and golden crispy anchovies.
