We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order, all claims in respect of defective Goods must be notified to the Company as soon as possible and within 20 days of delivery, and the Buyer must include the purchase invoices number.. All returned products must be unworn and unwashed (no exceptions).  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defected by shipping error of couriers.
